With the launch of TFS, Crown of Tempests can work on Prismatic Warlock by equipping a single arc ability. However, this exotic armor is very hard to build in order to take full advantage of its effect. But, I think I've found the solution to it and here's the video for it. Unlike previous builds, Lost Signal has replaced The Call on the kinetic slot because it can fill up transcendence in record time and synergize super well with this build.
