This Build Order has the goal of reaching Dark-Templar-Tech without deviating to much from a standard Build. This makes it harder for your opponent to scout your plan as well as allowing yourself to transition out of this Build at multiple points in the game without falling behind significantly.
This Build is based off a game I saw at HomestoryCup 12 (MC vs. MaNa), where MC was the one going for Dark Templar.
When it comes down to execution of this Build it has to be said that it relies quite a bit on scouting as well as mechanics, that being said it should be viable for players from Gold up to Diamond at least.

Written summary:
(14) Pylon
(16) Gateway (Adept - Stalker -Stalker)
(16) Gas
(19) Nexus
(20) CyberneticsCore
(21) Pylon
(22) Gas
(23) Twilight
(30) Proxy-Pylon
(36) Dark Shrine & Proxy-Gate
(43) Robo & 2x Gas
(50) 2x Dark Templar
(Transition) Observer, 3rd base, Blink, Immortals, Forge,...

Notes:
- scouting is crucial and determines if you can continue on with this Build Order
- Pylon placement in mineral lines is required especially against Stargate play where we need to protect our Probes with photon overcharge
- depending on execution it should be possible to warp in the first two DTs at about 4:20min
- the observer is needed to protect yourself against possible DTs from your opponent.
- The better your opponent is the more likely it is that the DTs wont do game-ending damage which makes a fast transition necessary.
