Jack survives the destruction of the USCG Urania only to wash ashore alone on Devil's Reef, the Deep One's stronghold and shrine to their foul gods. Can he find a way to escape before becoming their next sacrifice?
Lovecraft Country is my ongoing series highlighting video games based on the Cosmic Horror found in the works of H.P. Lovecraft. In this series we dive into Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth a 2005 game combining elements from Shadow Over Innsmouth, The Shadow Out of Time, and the classic Chaosium games Escape From Innsmouth and Raid on Innsmouth. With tough gameplay true to the original RPG games and faithful loyalty to the bleak universe of HP Lovecraft, it promises to be a wild ride.
