š¦ Video Description:
After entering Seattle in The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered on PC, I experienced a significant FPS drop. The GPU is no longer maxed out, which could point to either a CPU or VRAM bottleneck. However, VRAM is clearly not the issue, as it barely reaches 16GB on my A770. It also shouldn't be CPU-bound, considering the first two hours of gameplay ran smoothly. Iāve also observed the same issue on my B580 system.
Iāve attempted several fixes, including using DDU, rolling back to older drivers, and clearing the shader cache, but none of these have worked. The only workaround so far has been installing my RTX 5070 Ti, though this is not a real solution. Interestingly, another user with a 5090 has reported a similar problem, which makes me unsure whether the issue stems from the game or the drivers.
If youāve had a similar experience, please share your thoughts in the comments. Iāve also reported the issue to Intel on GitHub.
