This combination of element sensor and shut-off can be used to filter
gases, liquids and solid materials.

Pitfalls:
1. Power outages lead to the filter not working.
But the contents of the pipes and transport lines will keep going unfiltered
(they don't stop like when using the base game filter)
2. Blocked filter pipes / lines lead to the main line / pipe not being filtered.
3. Blocked and then unblocked main lines / pipes
lead to the wrong element enetering your filter line / pipe.
