It's still early days to confirm anything, but some of the Low Specs Experience V10 exclusive features include performance, balanced, and quality optimization modes (where applicable, as already seen in some optimizations available in Low Specs Experience V9). The optimization modes will, in addition to the optimization methods give you more control over the optimization impact; automatic optimization suggestions showing you which optimization method and modes I recommend you use on specific games; and some additional highly requested secret features, and also, UI refinements.
