I've pushed Titanfall 2 beyond not only the lowest available in-game settings, but also beyond the config file floating around online. Using this setup, my framerate never dips below 130fps.
For those not familiar, there is a config file available that disables ragdolls, turns textures into a blur, reduces the poly count of models to a blocky mess, and more.
There are two further enhancements I've made to this configuration. Firstly, I have reduced the resolution from the normal minimum of 1024x768 to a meager 800x500. In addition, I have reduced the render resolution to what I believe is only 400x250 by forcing the dynamic resolution scaler to target impossibly short frame times, automatically reducing the internal render resolution to compensate. This is included in my own custom config file.
To do this yourself, add the following to your command line arguments (not including quotes)
"-width 800 -height 600". Then replace your video settings in "\Documents\Respawn\Titanfall2\local\videoconfig.txt" with this custom file (http://SMarioMan.github.io/Titanfall/videoconfig.txt) and mark it as read-only in Windows.
