Job Summary:

The Supplier Services Analyst will support the MST supplier experience by curating and analyzing data and creating visibility opportunities with the goal of increasing support for Lowe's MST organization. This position works closely with merchandising execution operations partners to create value-added experiences, technology improvements and cost-savings processes for MST contributing suppliers in relation to value of contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and analyzing reporting data for review of vendor contribution compared to utilization of MST service hours.

• Role is responsible for assisting in planning activities that build and strengthen relationships between contributing MST suppliers and MST field leadership. Activities will include store walks, town halls, training events, or stakeholder meetings as needed. This may also include larger scale supplier engagement and appreciation events.

• Maintain enhancements to vendor-facing data scorecards, including project tracking through the vendor portal, training and new technologies.

• Provide support for new value-added services including logistics around new services, field pilot launches and other efforts to increase MST productivity while reducing costs for the company.

• Support analysis of Voice of Supplier survey data and enacting actionable items for addressing any gaps in satisfaction of key MST contributing supplies.

• Serve as a key contact for SSC merchant partners and suppliers in regard to MST execution, funding, training, technology and support materials etc.

• Maintain up to date database of vendor contact and MST contribution information for MST contributing vendors.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (Not Required)
