Time to put this series to bed.

Ganon is actually pretty easy. You can get in a couple hits while he's monologueing. Just slash him a few times, and when his firebats start to circle you, stay far away and stay on the move. The last few of the bats often streak towards you at the same time, so get ready to dodge them. Also, if Ganon is near a wall, positioning yourself between him and the wall is advantageous because you won't bounce off, so you'll get more hits in. His first phase is easily the hardest.

In his second phase, just be absolutely sure that you hit him as soon as he teleports somewhere. That way, he'll do nothing but knock out the ground.

In his third phase, he'll only fire his bats in a straight line, so just run perpendicular to them. Be sure to remember to relight the torches after a couple hits. If the torches aren't relit too quickly, you won't know which direction to dodge, so at least light one ASAP.

The "game" counter is about as accurate as a blindfolded dart toss here.
