Apparently there IS an entrance to the keep, we just need to find it! Luckily, I've got perception skill which SHOULD help out. I can see obvious changes thanks to the skill. The Keep itself is... Unique... Not hard (or perhaps we are overlevelled for it?) just really buggy & with annoying traps...
