1280x800, graphics options low/off apart from the car textures. The resulting framerate is ~200 fps.
This session was recorded right after the Vsync on one (https://youtu.be/llU-u33-MxI)

Even though the frames sequence was far less smooth than in the previous case (worse than in the HQ mode + Vsync off, actually), the steering felt more direct and precise, more control over the trajectory and the car itself. Occasional very short freezes were getting in the way a bit.
