This is the a good way to Enter Turtle Rock without hookshot.
I've tried Mirror Glitching the place but the only possible way of getting into the dungeon is one of those rooms with massive tubes and they have jumpable ledges.
Mirror glitching into those rooms will cause the game to freeze but the music playing ok as normal.

So for now this is the EARLY Turtle Rock.

EDIT:

Master Sword is not needed to get Quake Magic because you don't need to read those giant stone like messages. You do need the Ice rod if you want to defeat the boss.
