Lubuntu 20.04, Focal Fossa, is a Long Term Support Release and uses the Lightweight Qt Desktop Environment (LXQt) version 0.14.1.
Most of the pre-installed apps are lightweight and designed specifically for LXQt, although it comes with a few KDE apps, as well as LibreOffice, Firefox, and VLC.
