Lucie Boot-Koops (born c. 1929) was a Dutch kortebaan speed skater from Uithuizen. She won many competitions in the 1950s. After her marriage she moved to Warffum.She won her first prize on 1 February 1947 when she was 17 years old, in her hometown Uithuizen, finishing second behind Coba Hoekstra. She won her first race in December 1948 in Noordlaren.
She won many races and prizes between 1948 and 1961. In January 1950 and 1954 she became champion of Groningen.In 2013 she gave a reading at the opening of the 15th anniversary of the Speed Skating Museum in Groningen.
