So this was found really recently with all the prototypes dumped on Hidden Palace. In a removed race from the final release, Luigi is used as a model during the race. I'm really wondering how many of these things could be found in all those prototypes ! So far, this and the removed collosus found in Shadow of the Collosus prototype are two of the best things found so far !
