Story:
Mario & Luigi are walking in downtown Brooklyn when they spot a hotdog stand. They go over and enjoy a few shaboingboings until a banana appears in Luigi's way and he falls and is injured. Mario quickly calls the hospital and they come rushing to take Luigi to the hospital. After they reach the hospital and Luigi's bones and vitals are checked, it is revealed that Luigi has AIDS. Dr. Toad informs him about the bill just for checking on Luigi while Mario is in shock. Mario, aggravated at the news, throws Dr. Toad out the window and proceeds to learn how to become a doctor. After years of hard work, Mario discovers a cure for AIDS, yet Mario receives an F, failing his classes and Mario becomes absolutely pissed off that he throws the professor out the window as well. Mario, now employed, rushes to the hospital to visit Luigi but is stopped in his tracks by a police officer. Dr. Mario, worried about Luigi, and also avoiding his crimes, throws the police officer out of the window. Mario then rushes upstairs into Luigi's room and shows Luigi the new cure he invented. Dr. Mario informs his brother that it is fentanyl and for it to work, he has to put it up his ass. Luigi kindly declines the offer while still thanking Mario for the hard work. However, Dr. Mario, in a fit of rage, throws Luigi out of the window.
