Strategy?

Obviously, you only have three characters for this battle, Hiro, Ronfar and Leo. I made Hiro my tank, so be sure to give him the Wind Ring, that halves Fire damage. All of the boss's attacks are fire-based, so Hiro will make a very good tank. Be sure to separate your characters a bit so that the boss's Zone attacks will only hit one character.

Hiro: Poe Sword till out of MP. Then attack.

Ronfar: Saint Litany on all characters. Calm Litany when the boss uses spells against all the characters.

Leo: Flash Blade till he runs out of MP. Then attack.

Yes, I was screwing around with Leo. If all you use for Hiro and Leo is Poe Sword and Flash Blade, you should be able to take out the boss before running out of MP.
