In this chapter, Diermot learns that the only person that would be able to help him defeat Selena is an old fire-breathing Dragon, asleep in a nearby cave. To get to the cave and neutralize the Dragon, Diermot needs to learn the secret of the two Gargoyles guarding the entrance and to prepare a special herbal concoction, both of which tasks will require the assistance of Goewin, the lovely herbalist.
