Apple is expected to refresh their Macbook Pro line-up in the coming weeks, possibly 2/24/11. This update is expected to include 2011 core processors (codenamed sandybridge) in addition to a light peak (Apple named Thunderbolt) port. Intel is expected to hold a media event on 2/24 to disclose some more information on light peak, a perfect match for the reported MBP updates.
