I don't often go on long tangents attempting to either criticize or vindicate a particular person or event. However, I've become extremely fed-up by Apple's iOS hardware launches. It is completely ridiculous how small a percent of users they can service at launch. But even more irritating is the incompetence of sales employees at Apple retails stores and third-party vendors alike.

Apple needs to greatly improve. Eventually, the hype will start to fade as customers give up on Apple products because of the long lines and wait times.
