I think the map name is a reference to Doom wad of the same name, which has some slaughtery maps in there.
This one is also slaughtery, but nothing too big or difficult. The last fight can be done by the player in waves or to be faster you can activate all the waves at once, but preferably with at least half of the hell knight opposition dead.
