MachiaVillain is a Rimworld meets Don't Starve hunted house simulator game. You play the "evil" characters and entice innocent visitors to your haunted mansion. They have no idea their brains are being donated to science (or lunch).

In this episode:

I build the Factory and put in a basic workshop and manufacturing workshop. Inside these we can make cogs, bricks, and convert gold nuggets into coins or coins into gold nuggets. In the basic workshop we can make steel plate, planks of evil wood and planks of wood. We'll need bricks, steel plate and cogs for the advanced research.

I realized after the fact that I didn't need advanced research points for the meat smoker and other things. For some reason the UI made me think that the left items were categories and that the items were actually locked.

Some hotkeys you may find useful:

control-A (select all units)
f - fast mode
k - attack mode
j - building mode

You can re-bind some key board shortcuts from the input tab when you launch the game.

Build your mansion: Create the evil mansion of your nightmares! Put together the perfect crypt for your vampire, the insanest lab for your mad scientist, an irresistible swimming pool for your victims (and your shark) and don't forget the cannibal kitchen!

Gather your evil nightmare team: Choose your minions wisely though, as each possesses different traits and have different needs that must be tended to.

Bloody good crafting: Sawing through countless victims means you'll end up with a few spare parts. Why not use those bits and bobs to craft something useful? MachiaVillain lets you create things using ingredients gathered from victims and harvested from the environment. Put them together and you'll get something horrifying, but also useful.
