The upcoming patch is stuffed full of little balancing tweaks that will significantly affect the game and first and foremost among them is the change to Aim Down Sight time. First off, ADS time is getting nerfed for almost all weapons across the board. The speeding up we saw at the beginning of Ember Rise was a mistake and so the general intention here is to revert that change. But as part of this, there is also quite a lot of rebalancing. Secondary SMGs are getting a major nerf and so are the TCSG & BOSG. Meanwhile Kali, Glaz, shield operators, shotguns, Mozzie, Nøkk and Smoke are all getting little buffs (either direct or indirect), so to call this change a simple ADS nerf for all guns is oversimplifying it by a lot. In addition to this, this video will also cover the mini Blackbeard rework and the attempted Echo nerf (which will almost certainly fail). There are also a whole bunch of other changes but this video was already getting far too long, so keep your eyes open for part 2 coming soon!
