THE AI IS DUMB CLAUSE:
Encore and Substitute are banned moves.
RARE CANDY CLAUSE:
You cannot use Rare Candy after starting the Elite 4.
SALANDIT CLAUSE:
Any pokemon that only evolves with a certain gender can be rerolled until you get the correct gender.
BANNED POKEMON:
Shedinja.
BLIND CLAUSE:
No reference to walkthroughs or team comps. You can look up pokemon info though, such as learn sets.
VICTORY CONDITIONS: Beat Champion of Elite 4.
CHECKPOINTS:
If you over-level, box the mon after the current battle or gauntlet. Level caps apply only to the start of the listed fight. Checkpoint saves are made after beating any Level Cap boss fight. If you wipe, reload checkpoint and you get +1 to the current level cap.
STARTER CUSTOMIZATION
Choose regular or hidden ability.
Choose Nature and dick or vag.
Choose if you want a shiny and Nickname. (I also need your trainer name.)
Choose a legal gen 7 egg move.
Customize IVs (see next section).
IV CUSTOMIZATION
You customize stats and IVs in pairs. IV pairs: 30/5, 25/10, 20/15. Stat pairs: Atk/Def, SpAtk/SpDef, HP/Speed. So if I want max attack (30), It will be balanced by min defense (5).
Balanced alternative spread: 30 in any stat, 15 in all others.

DRAFT RULES:

Pick order: Choose your pick order. Garrett can choose his placement first, then Joe.
After each round of the draft, the previous third pick becomes first, 1st becomes 2nd, etc.
Draft Pools: See associated Google sheet. Special pools: Starters, Eevees, Fossils.
Draft Format: Snake draft the number of picks.
FREE AGENTS:
Any undrafted Pokemon becomes a free agent. If you find a shiny version of any free Agent you can catch it for a bonus encounter and it is no longer a free agent. If you wipe or it dies, it becomes a free agent again.
BOILERPLATE STUFF:
ENCOUNTER RULES:
You can only catch your draft picks.
Only 1 legal encounter chance per pick, it must be the first time you encounter any legal mon in that family.
No penalty for picking a mon you previously encountered and killed.
If your encounter happens when you have a partner it is not a legal catch and you are not penalized.
Any legal member of the evolutionary family counts as a legal encounter.
Any spot counts as a legal encounter - it doesn't need to be the same route or tile type as what you drafted.
You can acquire your encounter from a Horde battle (chance at hidden ability).
SHINY CLAUSE:
If you get a shiny for a mon you have drafted, you can replace your team member with the shiny.
HOUSEKEEPING:
We can perform some basic housekeeping actions outside of the streams. What this would entail is the option to exit from the route or dungeon you end at on each stream, going back to cities to team build, do shopping, and swap around items and such between streams. We can also do a small housekeeping break during stream breaks so we don’t feel the need to rush through some menu selections and loadouts for the sake of time.
NUZLOCKE RULES:
Nicknames. Faint = Dead. Etc.
EXTRA RULES:
X-Items are banned (including Dire Hit and Guard Spec).
When 2 players have a badge that the third player does not have, that player can use speed up.
If any one player has two+ badges the other players do not, those players can use speed up.
