1Welcome to the very first season of the XTREME Takeover Franchise Series! If you’ve been following me, you know that I do other series like Relocation, Rebuild, and GM Takeovers. This one is a biiiiiiittttt different doh.
I have gone XTREMELY crazy and blew up an NFL Franchise; the Los Angeles Rams. I have CLEARED HOUSE by firing the coaches, coordinators, general manager, and all the front office. Then I went and traded away the quarterback, wide receivers, punter, longsnapper, cleaning crew, err'body. GONE! GONE! GONE!
After a big win in Week 1, the Rams regressed against the Patriots in Week 2. Jayvon Bush and the offense were not the problem though, it was a breakdown by the special team and defense that really put the Rams in too big of a hole at halftime.
The Rams have another difficult road game this week as they face the Seahawks and their 12th man at Lumen Field. The Rams will need to play complimentary football to leave Seattle with a win.
