0Welcome to the second season of the Thunderbirds Relocation Franchise Series! For those of you who are new to the series, I took over last year as the General Manager of this a brand-new NFL team that relocated from the nation's capital to Toronto, an exciting and young new market! It was met with alot of backlash, but I think we went out and silenced alot of the critics by going 16-1 and winning the Super Bowl!
So, again, it is my responsibility to run the day-to-day operations that'll involve signing and trading, cutting and resigning, social media relations, free agency, the NFL Draft, and whatever it takes to build a winning franchise in this new market.
Last week did not feel at all like a win for this team. Not a single player left that field feeling victorious. It was a hard week of practices, as if the team was coming off a loss. It's good that this team is bothered by sloppy performances, and not just resting on their morals as Super Bowl champions. Let's see how this team fares against arguably the best wide receiver in the league in Justin Jefferson, as the Minnesota Vikings travel north to Toronto for an afternoon game.
