So, here I took some paths that aren't the fastest to make the trip back faster.

In the second layer I didn't go all the way down when I was in Heaven's Fall.

I could also have gone to the Cold Heat Layer to take the path through the Glass Layer, but since I wanted to also come back up without fast travel I wanted the shortcut to skip Freezing-Hot Mines and go strait to falling rocks on the way up.

Then in the 4th layer by going through Nanachi's hideout you can skip the orb piercer arena in Giant Vine Bridge

And finally in the 5th layer, with enough ropes you can go through Water Crystals 2
