Gearing Up
First things first, you have to figure out where the enemies Salieri is unhappy about came from. Salieri tells you to take a drive up to Chinatown where a fellow named Biff is hanging out — apparently he knows where the bad guys are holed up.

First go get some weapons from Vincenzo. He'll give you a baseball bat.

Of course, Salieri just wants them beat up, not shot, so the pistol you already have starts off as a precaution. Now go grab a car in the garage and let's head to Chinatown.

Chinatown
Drive to Chinatown: it's just north of Little Italy and indicated by a yellow diamond on your map, as pictured below:

You'll find Paulie standing outside when you reach the objective.

Dime Detective: Happy to Murder You

Once inside Biff's shop, go to the backroom and you should see a white dot to interact with on what appears to be a couch covered in a sheet. Upon interacting with the white dot, you'll find that it's the Dime Detective: Happy to Murder You collectible.

Biff will have already told you where to find the enemies terrorizing the neighborhood. Head that way, following Paulie, and get ready for a fight.

Keep an eye out here because there's a collectible to be found here soon.

Walk up to the metal gate and hit the action button to kick it open. Run into the area and a cutscene will begin showing Paulie walking up and hitting an enemy. Paulie will immediately fight the first guy, keeping his attention. Fight the remaining enemies by dodging their attacks and countering with your own.

Follow Paulie further down the alley and prepare to fight some more enemies. This time, though, the guns will have to come out as your enemies are firing at you.

Run forward and go up the ladder. Up top, continue forward, breaking the metal gate along the way and shoot the enemy up here with you. Before heading down, head to where this enemy was to find a collectible.

Super Science: The Brain Beast
You should see a couch covered in a white sheet. There will be a white dot on it. Interact with the white dot here and you'll pick up the Super Science: The Brain Beast collectible.

Let's continue forward. Defeat the enemies on the ground floor by shooting either them directly or by shooting the red barrels scattered about. Head inside the building and prepare for a large enemy with a shotgun to walk out. A quick headshot will take them out. There's some first aid to grab right behind him that can heal up whatever damage you've taken.

Cigarette Card: Lou Marcano
Head further into the building and take out the four enemies in the next room. Then, look for the angular bar in the room. You'll find a white dot on the far side of it. Interact with this dot to pick up the Cigarette Card: Lou Marcano collectible.

After grabbing this, head toward the main objective and be prepared for an enemy to jump out and attack you. Take them out and continue toward the main objective and a cutscene will play. It's time for a car chase.

Car Chase
Chase after these enemies and don't let them get too far out of your sight. Paulie will shoot at them while driving but you can shoot as well by pressing L1/LB. When you get close enough, press X/A to ram them.

Your goal here is to crash and subdue them. Once you do that, a cutscene will begin. If you aren't able to stop them yourself, just keep them within distance and they'll eventually wreck themselves.
