When this mission begins, head toward the yellow diamond and, following some cutscenes, you'll find that your objective is to take Sam and Paulie to some locations so they can make their "rounds," or in other words, collect some payments the Salieri gang is owed.

Making Rounds

The first stop is a local meats and cheese shop. Before you can do that though, head to Vinny's to get a pistol and then to Ralph's to get a vehicle for the day.

To select the pistol, hold L1/LB and move the cursor to the pistol. With it equipped, aim at the target in Vinny's by pressing and holding L2/LT. Press R2/RT to shoot (although there aren't any bullets in the gun yet). To reload, press Square/X. Holster and hide the gun by pressing up on the d-pad.

After this, grab your vehicle from Ralph. He'll teach you how to steal cars as well — press and hold up on the d-pad when by the driver door of a car you want to steal. This might alert cops so be cautious when doing this.

Now take Sam and Paulie to the destination marked on the map. It's a bread and meat shop.

Cigarette Card: Sam Trapani

Once inside, head to backroom to collect the money but be sure to interact with the white dot on the table. You'll find that it's the Cigarette Card: Sam Trapani collectible.

It's right by the brown money envelope you have to grab for the main objective, near the grandma in the backroom.

Your next stop is a local store in Chinatown.

All you need to do is drive there and remain in the vehicle. Paulie and Sam will take care of everything here when you arrive.

Finally, you'll be told to make your way out to a motel outside of town to make the last collection. This is a little ways and actually goes off the map, but if you follow the road, you'll eventually get there to where you receive a cutscene showing the car pull into the motel.

This last stop was certainly supposed to be ordinary, but things have a way of going bad for gangsters we hear, and things do not go well for Sam and Paulie.

But first, a collectible.

Dime Detective: Hayseed Homicide
After you arrive, a cutscene will play out: Paulie comes limping out of the motel with a gunshot wound in his belly while Sam has been captured. You have to get Sam back before Morello's men can extract any information. Obviously running in the front door is a bad idea, and impossible besides. You'll have to run around back, which is to the left of the building, to get into the motel.

Head around to the southeastern corner of it and, sitting on a pile of wood, you'll find a white dot to interact with. Interact with it to get the Dime Detective: Hayseed Homicide collectible.

Now, back to the main objective.

Motel Firefight
First off make sure your gun is at the ready and prepare yourself to be greeted by an attacker. Shoot him a couple of times to quickly to kill them.

You'll see some boxes and a platform right on the corner of the building when you get around back. You'll have to climb up onto the wooden platform, then each of the boxes, which will lead you onto the second story balcony.

The first thing you'll want to do is sneak into the room on the left when you enter the motel. You'll find a shotgun in here.

After this, head to the room down the hallway on the right to find some ammunition (if you need it). Your objective here is to kill everyone in the motel. You can do this quietly by sneaking around and disabling everyone here or you can go loudly and use that fancy new shotgun you've just acquired.

Regardless of what you choose to do, make sure to kill everyone here in order to move on to the next part of the chapter. Make sure to use cover often by pressing X/A in order to conceal most of your body and prevent yourself from taking as much damage from incoming bullets.

At the bottom of the staircase, there's a first aid cabinet you can open to heal yourself.

Take out the three enemies downstairs and then head to the yellow objective marker to save Sam.

After a brief cutscene, you'll find a person making off with Salieri's money.

He gets out of the motel and jumps into the car waiting outside and begins to drive away. Sam and Paulie tell you to get after him. Jump into your car and follow him.

Chase the Money
Once in your vehicle, follow the yellow diamond. You'll learn that you can shoot while driving by pressing L1/LB. You have infinite ammo while doing this so fire away.

Fire at the black vehicles that get in between you and the objective to destroy them. When it's just you and the yellow car, fire away, being careful to dodge obstacles in the road like barriers and fallen trees.

Eventually, you'll cause the yellow car to wreck.

Get out of your vehicle and search the wrecked vehicle. This will complete the chapter.
