This is a custom composition that I made for a joke boss in a resource showoff video, where I showed off what you can do with custom Layer 3 images. Kami-chan is a young Magikoopa who has the power to control Layer 3, and she used it in her boss battle for various effects. (Her name probably wouldn't translate directly into Japanese since "kami" is already a word, but perhaps she could be "Kamekko" or something?) The "third layer" part in the name is obvious, and the "tricolored" refers to Layer 3 having only 3 colors per palette (or 4 counting transparency).
