This mod is not available anymore. Alternatively, there is the Wallpaper feature from Pippi User & Server Management mod where you can spawn from the admin panel (search on the building category list for the item called Wallpaper), place it on the ground and open its interface, then add a link to an image from the web that is a green background - it works for me as a workaround :)
