In this video, I want to propose an idea. An idea that some of you may not like. But I promise, with proper balancing, it would be better for the game. Now you are probably wondering, What will this do to skill builds? When NPCs get toned down, the lower values you get will still make skill builds viable. Skill builds will still be strong and important in PvE/PvP, however you won't be able to ONLY get kills becuase of the skills, they will just help to aid your team/yourself to make it easier and less risky. Skills should HELP, not do 100% of the work. Let me know what you guys think in the comments below! Would love to hear your opinion on all this.
