It was actually a simple fix that took me a few months of on & off looking. After replacing the voltage regulator, power supplies, replacing the capicators on the monitor and reflowing a bunch with still no luck I went back to basics. I thought it was the isolation transformer that was bad. It just made sense...but it wasn't. Turns out this cab was wired for 220-235vac. All I needed to do was add a jumper wire.... *smack head*

We are getting much closer!
