Makeup Exam - You returned to the Simulation Lab and completed the tests in Rooms A, B, and C.

To unlock this achievement, you will need to return to the test lab in Neuromod Division and reset the test via the computer near the entrance door to Test Room A.

You will also need 7 Neuromods to unlock the Typhon skills for each room:

Test A - Kinetic Blast - 3 Neuromods
Test B - Mimic Matter - 2 Neuromods
Test C - Remote Manipulation - 2 Neuromods

It's pretty easy. You can make a save in the Lobby and take a short detour when you have 7 spare Neuromods, then reload.
