This is my walkthrough of Prey. As usual it will be focused on achievements. General ones include I and Thou (empathy), Do No Harm (no kills), Psychometry (all/most TranScribes), Dear Future Self. However, in addition to these, I will also complete most if not all optional objectives, which will unlock their respective achievements.

Best Served Cold (Part 3) - You killed Luka and avenged Abby
0:01:10 Approach him slowly because there is a Recycler Charge mounted right next to his head. Disarm the charge and move back a bit. You don’t need to kill him, he will die on his own and this will NOT void “Do No Harm” achievement. You can check your stats. If the “Humans Killed” entry is missing, you’re safe.
You Rang? - You used the psychotronics satellite to dismiss or summon the typhon nightmare
0:14:30 Starts randomly by January. It usually activates after you install a certain amount of Typhon Neuromods and I got it even though I had none. It might also start after killing the Nightmare 3-4 times. You need to repair the Communication Device in Hardware Labs then place it on the Exterior Satellite as shown at 0:20:20. Once you receive the two TranScribes, play either to unlock the achievement. I don’t do this until later in this game, but you can do it whenever you want.
Abandon Ship (Part 4) - You fled Talos I aboard Alex's escape pod before completing your mission
0:26:30 Now that Alex has given you access to his computer, you can extend the rooftop bridge in the Arboretum and access his private escape pod. To unlock this achievement, simply launch the shuttle once you are in. I don’t do it, because I wanted to finish my mission. I advise you to make a save before launching in case you change your mind.
This Never Happened (Part 1) - You performed an apto-regressive neurotomy on Dahl
0:47:00 Starts automatically by Dr Igwe. Complete Ghosting Dahl first then go to Morgan’s office as shown at 0:54:50 to meet Dr Igwe. This quest continues in another video.
