This is my first attempt in making a Helipad for my 1/72 Heli and I tried to keep it as simple as possible so that minimum amount of skills are required to make this project.

Tips for you guys:-
1. Do not use wood for the base as it will be very difficult for you to drill holes for the LEDs and here I had to individually hammer a nail to make the the hole then drill from the back side to make space for the led base. Instead you can use PVC foam board which is a lot easier to work with.

2. At the time of making the design of the floor I did not add any weathering effect and just used a plane gray base which I regretted. Instead of a flat color you can download a dark road pattern from the internet and apply it onto your design. This will surely give it a more realistic look.
