18,535Though very little is known about African Grey parrots diets in the wild, they are known to eat Carrion, Snails, and various bug. This along with being ground foragers has convinced us to make some jerky with no salt, bird safe seasonings, and from high quality grass fed beef. We'll give them some occasionally if they end up liking it along with less pellets on those days, in order to try and account for their much more sedentary lifestyle in comparison to their wild counterparts.
