Making Killing Floor 2 survival horror again, Hell on Earth Plus, KF-QuarantineBreach, long
A run demonstrating the "True Solo" experience in HoE+ difficulty as well as homogeneous Fleshpounds while having no HUD, pure orientation based off of sound and visual cues. Those mag check animations, heartbeats and syringe ready cues are there for a reason and this reason is no HUD survival horror runs.
Playing ZFG super risky style, all zone defenses are at least attempted, kiting is reduced to the absolute minimum and fighting is always prioritized.
Stalkers are absolutely paramount to be dealt with using whatever means necessary, they are amazingly more dangerous than husks or scrakes, as otherwise chip damage accumulates or they block your way or start hitting during big zed takedowns and botch them by shaking the screen. Whenever you are about to engage in FP takedown it's almost guaranteed that a bunch of stalkers materialize out of nowhere behind your back.
Hell on Earth Plus (HoE+) rules, e.g. MM=25 for 1 player, custom wave sizes, custom spawn cycle somewhere in between ts_mig_v1 and ts_mig_v2.
Took about 500 attempts to record this. Very unfortunately, support really is a poorly balanced perk and more challenging to play than even sharpshooter and it's night and day difference in difficulty with gunslinger.
KF-QuarantineBreach by Rewire is easily the best map in KF2 workshop that never was officialized by TWI, both from the aesthetics and gameplay perspective. Unlike many other map makers, Rewire is an advanced gamer himself and spent a lot of time playing KF2. It's easily a better map than, say, KF-Crash or KF-Elysium or KF-Netherhold or KF-CarillonHamlet, all of which were community maps officialized by TWI in recent years. Yet, TWI never officialized KF-QuarantineBreach.

In a parallel, more perfect universe, TWI's owner and president John Gibson would have hired Rewire to be a KF2 director, instead of incompetent David Amata. Rewire would bring with him the direction of maintaining realism and down to Earth atmosphere instead of all the goofiness the game has accumulated in the last years of support. But, of course, instead we have goofy scifi shrink guns and goofy unrealistic maps and John Gibson kicked out of his own company.
I'm sure Rewire has a bright future in front of him, as such character traits as attention to detail and a quest for perfection always pay off long term.
