Taking cues from Roomie/BoyInABand/Rob Scallon/Andrew Huang, I'll attempt to write a Djent/Progressive Metal/Metalcore song in the vein of bands like Periphery, Architects, without hearing anything at all! It's hard enough how to make music and how to write a song even when hearing everything you're doing, but this was on another level!
