Not trying to milk this into a 15 hour video. Posting everything done and it just simply takes time, a good bit of it. Takes longer to explain as working too.
Pretty much if you get the hang of it after a couple body parts, they rest are all done the same way. I did do the left arm as a whole arm rather than cut it into different parts. Its faster, but less realistic due to less bending parts. The right side will have 2 parts, but one can go the extra mile and separate the hand too, and fingers, but you see the more you cut into pieces, the more work you got to do. Can quickly get confusing when naming everything and forgetting what they are. Get organized from the beginning and decide what part will be called what so you know what is what :D
You can name the parts whatever you wish, I stick to A,B,C,D ect... and easily can remember A's jbeam after naming it aa.
Most forgot step for me is forgetting to name the jbeams nodes in Blender in the Object Data Properties (green triangle) Default naming is N, which is fine if that is all you are exporting, but if you have multiple meshes with their own jbeams, well 2 jbeams can not share the same letter prefix.

Something else you see me use from time to time in other videos for getting scale correct
- Extract the DAE and just place somewhere like desktop. Import that dae into blender for a game vehicle shell used for scale purposes.
