I've shown a few of these before, but the changes needed to make them run should be in the next MAME release (0.227) although they might remain marked as 'not working' until the sound is emulated. This is an unusual unit in that unlike the others it cuts the games back to just 10. I imagine the idea was to create a more 'focused' unit, but it just means there's less to play. You can break the Snake game (go out of bounds by pressing the direction of the wall then quickly any other direction) in exactly the same way on real hardware, I checked.
