Mame vs duck station, mame has no save states for ps1 yet most games are playable
duck station can use your mame SoftwareCHDs! & has alot more options than mame.
I tried to pause/unpause the games to match video with what I had.
2 video players that only allow for one instance.
Mame seemed faster at loading.

File new/Video editing

Insert clip , set your outputs in right screen
[Page Up] to set end frame

click clip & press [Shift][A] - It Brings up a menu
select
affects strip/transform

hover over rotataion & press I
over rotation box - To mark begining of affect

move video swipe bar to end of change
make the change -360 in rotation box

press I again to set end keyframe
