MAME GUIDE: The Joy of Bezel Art - Part 2: Advanced Techniques!
Check this new video for a link to my latest improved art, and a free download of my artwork and HLSL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyVZUnVLwHM
In this video you'll learn how to create a simple, universal template and .lay file. You'll learn some advanced techniques, and some tips and tricks for creating custom artwork of your own. I'll put the default.lay I use as my universal .lay file in the comments section - remember to adjust the names, and add or remove the amount of elements, and view fields as necessary. If you don't have the screen mask element - remove it from the elements section and remove the element of it from each view section. I'm including several art fields, just remove the one's you don't need or add more and check the names/paths where I write things like 'yourROM' and 'your_art':
