This is MAME emulating Knights of Valour 3, and me regretting my choice to put the game on 'Hardest' in Service Mode before recording this video.

The video is recorded with a memory card inserted for the most part, so you can see the character stats saved and reloaded.

Knights of Valour 3, unlike earlier games in the series, was only released in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
