The palette is some kind of HSL mode, not RGB, so improved that, although it's clearly still not perfect. Also worked out the Phoenix Stage 3 thing, looks like a random number generator to decide if your shot hit / missed. Of course it's unlikely we match the hardware algorithm if it is.

I still need to handle some sprite attributes properly, transparency pen for example, very noticable on Phoenix once you get to Stage 2 and the menu where the selection cursor should be transparent
