Following on from AWJ's V25 work Robiza (Roberto Zandona') did some work on decrypting the encrypted sound code in Knuckle Bash, Dogyuun and V-Five (Grind Stormer)

All 3 games will have working sound in the MAME 0.141u1 release.

This video demonstrates the working sound in Knuckle Bash, one of the few 'Fighter' style games Toaplan did.

The game plays like a hybrid between your classic Beat 'em Up and a VS. Fighter. Each stage is made of several confined areas, with a small number of characters to beat. The game is interesting in that it offers a wide variety of moves, and flexible control, for example, the ability to change direction of a flying kick mid-move.
