This runs on the same board as the (not very well emulated) Wheels and Fire - a blitter based setup. Thanks to "OldComputers ES" for finding the board and dumping it; this could be a prototype, as it was found with a bunch of other boards that appear to be prototypes. Emulation still needs a lot of work.
