I was sent anoher build of MAME that utilizes the latest commit fixes. These fixes are NOT available to the public yet. For Raiden DX, here are the newest fixes:
*Third button (rapid autofire button) is now implemented
*Transparencies seem to be fixed (have not fully tested this one out)
*Collision issues (player hitbox, the stage 2 mook maker boss) seem to be fixed

There are still some sprite flickering issues. Other than that, emulation is much better now than in my first video of MAME Raiden DX. It is still not working enough for the NOT_WORKING tag to be removed from the game.
