Kevin and Riya walk through a process on how to manage and store large digital assets. Using this Transformation Gallery card https://goo.gl/nE0H09 they are able to use Drive and Sites.

Without oversized attachments clogging up inboxes, files on Drive can be easily linked and shared within an email. Plus, you'll never have to worry about which is the final version.

If you're working with an agency or third-party domain, you can quickly share the file within a folder that contains a Doc for feedback. Alternatively, you have share assets within a portal using Google Sites. Using this centralized hub, all files associated with a project, including Slides, Docs, and Sheets can be stored with the digital assets. Uploaded files are automatically reflected in Sites.
