Released in 2003 Manhunt is one of those kind of games you either love or you hate. There is no in-between with Manhunt. Following on from Rockstar's hugely popular Grand Theft Auto III which was released a couple years earlier.

This game is all about survival by any means necessary which usually means execution, execution, execution.. And the variety of ways you can do this explains why it was pulled from shelves for a short time.

It's the landmark in violence on video games and set the bar for brutality.
I first played it on the Playstation 2 back in 2004 and am returning to it via Steam with my Xbox 360 Controller.
